Discovery call (30 minutes)
We talk through your business: how many deals last year, where your leads come from, where you think they're slipping. No pitch. If it's clearly not a fit, we tell you on the call.

Workflow audit
We pull up your IG, your CRM, your phone, your last 30 leads — live, with you. Together we find every place a deal slipped: the DM you didn't see for 4 hours, the call at dinner, the cold lead nobody followed up with. You see the leak before we propose anything.

Agent design
Based on the audit we propose one to three custom AI agents tailored to your workflow. Maybe a DM qualifier for your Instagram. Maybe a missed-call recovery system. Maybe a follow-up agent for your cold list. We design what your business actually needs — not what's on a feature page.

Build & training
We build the agents and tune them on your real texts so they sound like you. Casual cadence, your phrases, your way of qualifying, your way of bowing out when a lead's locked in with someone else. Not a chatbot — a teammate.

Live + first 30 days
Your agents go live behind your existing setup. Same CRM, same phone, same IG. For the first 30 days we sit on every conversation and tune in real-time — fixing anything that's off before you ever notice. You don't lift a finger.

Ongoing tuning
After the first month the agents are stable. We check in monthly, retune as your business shifts, and add new agents when new bottlenecks show up. You stay focused on closing.
